Nikwax Detergents & Impregnations

The idea for Nikwax was born in Kent, by Nick Brown, who already at the age of ten often hiked with his father. As he was constantly disappointed with the impregnation products he used to protect his boots against water, he decided to make his own impregnation recipe. At the age of twenty-two, Nick started selling his impregnation wax and the rest is history.
