INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER

In order to process your orders and purchases, we need to process the following information about you;

  • Name
  • Address, telephone number and e-mail
  • Social security number (for certain payment options)
  • Payment information and payment history
  • Information about your order (e.g. order number, product, delivery address and invoice)

We do this with the legal basis of fulfilling the purchase agreement; without this information we cannot fulfill our contract with you. We save the information for 36 months from the time delivery and payment have taken place in order to help you with any complaints and warranty matters.
 In order for us to comply with the laws and regulations that apply to us, we must process this information about you;

  • Name
  • Address
  • Payment information and payment history
  • Information about your order (e.g. order number, product and delivery address)

We do this with the legal basis of legal obligation , which means that we must handle the data in order to comply with the laws to which we are subject. An example is the Accounting Act, and therefore we save this information with limited access for 7 years + the current year. This information will therefore not be available for, for example, customer service.

In order for us to be able to offer a customer service to you, we need to process this information about you;

  • Information about your order (e.g. order number, product, delivery address and invoice)

We do this on the legal basis that the processing is necessary to satisfy our and your legitimate interest in being able to answer questions from you. We save the information for 14 months from the end of the customer service case.

In order to offer you a personalized site that gives you the best possible shopping experience and provides you with more relevant product displays and recommendations, we process this data about you

  • IP addresses
  • Data collected from cookies and the like, for example which products you clicked on and your shopping history

We then analyze this data, and then give you suggestions for other products you might like on our site. We do this on the legal basis that the processing is necessary to satisfy our legitimate interest in providing you with as good and customized a site as possible. We save such data for a maximum of one year from your last activity. If you want us to delete this data, you can contact us at any time and we will do it.

When you create an account at Kayakstore.se, you save time when placing orders with us and you can more easily get an overview of what data we have about you.

We save the information until you have closed your account yourself or the account is automatically closed after 48 months in case of inactivity.

Please note that information such as your purchase history, your use of the site and similar information is needed for Kayakstore.se to be able to fulfill the agreement with you, and is thus saved as long as you have an account with us.

Your rights
