Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping for orders over SEK 500 only applies to normal-sized packages.
Kayaks, electric motors, paddles, shallow water anchors and other products exceeding 120 cm in length are excluded from free shipping.
Add a comment in the order how you would like the product delivered, if it is not done, we will contact you.
We send our products with the most suitable delivery method for you. We ship mainly with DHL.
For delivery of kayaks, we can arrange home delivery for deliveries that are up to 4 hours from Linköping. We regularly drive Linköping - Sundsvall - Örebro and the surrounding area and then offer favorable shipping costs for shipments that are no more than a 10-minute journey from our routes. If you order a kayak and don't have the opportunity to pick it up at our store in Linköping, call us and we can plan for a delivery of your kayak.
We can also send kayaks within the whole of Sweden with DHL and it is usually around SEK 1,500 within southern and central Sweden and around SEK 3,000 to Northern Sweden. Driving the kayak to Sundsvall, for example, would be much cheaper than this, so this could also be an alternative, that you meet us in Sundsvall or a similar place.

Most items are delivered within 2-5 working days after purchase.
Kayakstore.se cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but this should be seen as a preliminary information. All information on delivery times refers to working days, unless otherwise stated - that is, delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
If the expected delivery time is longer than what was stated in your order confirmation, we will notify you of this as soon as possible after we have been notified of the delay. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation claims to the customer regarding delivery delays.
If an item is not in stock, longer delivery times may occur, sometimes between 2-4 weeks. In the event of delayed delivery due to such circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible after placing the order and you can then always cancel your order free of charge.
As a customer, you are responsible for having the delivery inspected upon receipt. If damage to the packaging is visible, this must be noted on the waybill before the waybill is acknowledged. If this is not done, there will be no compensation for the goods and the responsibility falls on you as the recipient.
In the case of uncollected packages or if you are not in your home when goods are delivered directly there (in accordance with the agreed time), you will be charged a handling fee of SEK 395 (incl. VAT) for smaller packages and SEK 495 for larger packages and orders.
We deliver within Sweden, but if you would like delivery to another country, you are welcome to contact us for information on what this would cost. In such cases, let us know which product(s) apply and to which address, and we will get back to you as soon as we can with price information for shipping.
As often as we can, we use recycled packages or packaging to send our products in. This is to save the environment in the best way and use the packages as many times as possible. We hope you have an overview that the packages may not be the prettiest, but it is to make a small contribution to the environment.
As mentioned above, Free Shipping does not apply to kayaks or Power-Pole/spikes or paddles that are not divisible or other products that exceed 120 cm or require special packaging. When ordering these, we will contact you to arrange delivery and payment for this.
Payment and Delivery Options Outside Sweden
We have frequent customers from Denmark, Finland, Norway and other European Countries. We have experience in shipping and preparing orders for kayaks all over the northern parts of Europe. Shipping in Scandinavia usually ends up in the range of 200-300 Euros + VAT. For accessory and electronic orders the shipment rates are around 20-30 Euros. We can ship all over Europe, just let us know where you want your order and we can help you manually!
