The filter is small, user-friendly and safe. It turns microbiologically dirty water into safe and clean water. For filtration, hollow microfibers are used that clean at least 1000 liters of water and remove almost all bacteria (99.9999 percent) and single-celled parasites (99.9 percent) that contaminate the water. The filter also reduces turbidity and removes all particles larger than 0.2 microns. The shell is made of a wear-resistant plastic that protects the filter. The filter is free of chemicals and requires neither electricity nor spare parts. It is operated with a light pull by the user who uses it just like a regular straw. After use, simply blow the air out through the tube to flush it out.
