The RAM-202-400U consists of the small Tough-Claw ™ base, arm and round ball. The RAM Tough-Claw ™ is the perfect mounting base for quick and easy tool-free installation and removal on round, square, odd-shaped rails and bars. Tough-Claw ™ can be clamped onto rails from 0.62" / 1.58 cm - 1.5" / 3.81 cm outer diameter.
The round base incorporates the industry-standard universal AMPS hole pattern, which can be connected to a wide variety of RAM holders and third-party holders. The mount is designed with a RAM patented ball joint system with 1.5" / 3.81 cm diameter balls, which has adjustment points on both ends of that arm, allowing for almost infinite adjustment.
