The first step

The process usually begins with previous customers or suppliers contacting us regarding one or more products. Sometimes it's about the customer wanting to upgrade and get the latest on the market and therefore wants to trade in their previous equipment. Other times, it may be about unused products that were damaged in shipping or demo products that we at Kayakstore used during fairs and events.

Second step

After we agree with the customer or supplier regarding the equipment in question, the most important step in the whole process begins. It is now that we at Kayakstore go through the product and quality test all primary functions to ensure that the product works as it should. If there is something that does not live up to the correct standard, this is fixed, all so that the next user can enjoy the product as much as the first owner.

Third step

After we have quality tested the equipment, we take new pictures and publish the product on our website so that it can find a new home. Here you have to be quick as these ads are unique and you can make real clips!
